Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD is a group fitness format that takes music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! Kettlebell AMPD Unplugged is an adapted version of the Kettlebell AMPD program that is designed to provide a lower intensity, lower impact workout for the following participants: Active, older adults Adults, with physical limitations Adults, recovering from injury or illness Anyone desiring a lower impact/lower intensity workout. The program has been designed to allow participants to utilize a chair (if needed) for seared exercises or for simply providing additional support and stability while standing next to it.
