Grab your Dance hoops and get ready to explore this whole body workout… That’s right its more than just waist hooping! We will examine hoop fitness with on and off body hooping, while toning muscles, increasing stamina, improving coordination, increasing flexibility and reducing stress. We will do a variety of Choreographed hoop dances, circuits and reps/sets, with hoop tricks that incorporate traditional fitness moves. Modifications are available to accommodate any level student, from beginners to the advanced. A variety of hoops sizes are available at the studio if you don’t have your own.
