Kettlebell

Get ready to strengthen and sculpt those muscles while also building your endurance through some cardio drills! This class will involve circuits that typically include 2-5 exercises per circuit that usually get repeated 2-3 times. Amount of circuits will vary depending on the amount of exercises included in the circuit. Class sets differ each week to aid in muscle confusion for getting you better results! Kettlebells will be utilized throughout this class. Exercises can be scaled to various fitness levels.
