AMPD Burn

AMP’D Burn delivers a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves (barre) with elements of strength training, creating a full-body workout with high reps of small range movements that is effective for all fitness levels.

Barre is great for cross training!  AMP’D Burn classes focus on strength, balance and flexibility.  In class, we focus on muscle areas that you may not work on a regular basis, ultimately making you stronger and less prone to injuries.
